What It Really Takes To Get Lean And Ripped
All the BS info about miracle muscle building pills sure had my head spinning at one stage. 4 Years ago I was in a very different “place” and getting my body in the shape that it’s in at the moment was NOT easy. And I say that with a bit of an anger tone because for the longest time I wasted my efforts on CRAP advice from “experts” who only wanted to sell me supplements.
If you came here looking for advice on which steroids to take, then please leave immediately. I have never and will never support steroids. They WILL kill you, make your dick shrink, give you bad skin, cause heart failure…the list goes on.
At school I was that skinny guy that always sucked at sport. I wasn’t a loser, but my friends did make fun of me all the time. It wasn’t very nice though because I was the guy that could never get a date, the last one to get laid and the one that never really got any respect from other guys.
During college my skinny situation became even worse. Hard nights of heavy parties turned my skinny body into skinny-fat. You know, toothpick arms and legs with a beer belly. At age 24, I could not get a girlfriend and felt absolutely shit about the way I looked. It was then when I got inspired to do something about it. After popping pills and killing myself in the gym for 6 months I was ready to give up and accept my fate of never building muscle or getting bigger.
A guy named Vince Delmonte was one of the first people to help me “see the light” and to see what’s really possible for someone with a skinny body like mine. See all those muscle supplements simply does not work for guys like us. Building muscle is about having a plan, sticking to it and ONLY doing what works.
There are many muscle building programs out there. I’ve tried most of them. I think that there’s something you can learn from every trainer. It’s all about finding what works for you. Today, I use tips and techniques that I learned from many different trainers.
The problem is that in this CRAZY bodybuilding industry there is so much bullshit going around that it’s virtually impossible to find real good advice that does not come with a product or a pill that they want to sell you. This is the main reason why I created this site. I wanted to help other guys who went through the same experiences and save them the frustration of sifting through all the bullshit.
Hopefully this site can help you to find the right information that you need to transform your body and to build muscle the easy way. In the end it’s not hard if you follow the right plan. It all boils down to 2 things.
1. How you train
2. What you eat
The difference in results is ALL about how you use, combine and utilize these 2 aspects. That’s why I believe that a good muscle building program is so vital. Not only will it give you a formula to follow, but it will give you the one thing that gels it all together – MOTIVATION.
I’ve written up some reviews of the best programs that I’ve used over the last 4 years. None of them are necessarily “the one” and I have learned a lot from all of them. I would say that my best results came from Vince Delmonte’s No-nonsense Muscle Building and Jason Ferruggia’s Muscle Gaining Secrets. These 2 guys are real experts and they know what they are talking about.
Hopefully you will find my first hand experience useful and helpful. Remember to stick with it and if you don’t have success with one thing, try something else. If you are committed there is always a way. You can choose how you look. If you want to you CAN be ripped, lean and muscular. It just takes some work and a bit if dedication. A small price to pay.
