At least that’s what I thought at first. Muscle Gain Truth was not the first bodybuilding guide that I bought. Not by a long shot. There are so many guys making bold claims about how their program is the best that it’s hard to distinguish the bullshit from the real deal.

Someone once told me that if you want to achieve a result, go and find someone who’s already done it and learn from them. Do what they did and you will save yourself a lot of trouble figuring it out by yourself. In many ways Sean Nalewanyj Muscle Gain Truth definitely falls into this category. Starting off as that skinny and awkward kid at school who never got a girl and always got bullied he transformed his body and defied even his genetic built to create a lean, ripped and sculpted body that landed him some amazing girls and the respect he never got as a kid.

The fact remains that good technique is the secret to making each and every lift count. It’s what makes the difference between those dumb ass guys that spend hours in the gym without results and those of us that get amazing results from 3 hours a week.

When you buy Muscle Gain Truth you will be confronted with a ton of information. There’s a lot of material in this program and if you are not careful you can easily suffer from information overload and get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of videos, manuals and instructions. My biggest problem with Sean’s program is just the way the materials are fed through to you. I feel that he really needs to group the main elements of the program together and get you to focus on that first – making it all gel together better.

While many Muscle Gain Truth reviews rave about the simplicity of the program I really think that it lacks information on supplements more technical explanations. It’s always good to know WHY you need to do certain things instead of just being told to do it.

The Personal Database is pretty useless and I found it very hard to navigate. Finding an answer to in there was quite hard and I feel that if he can update and upgrade this part of his program it can save you a lot of time finding answers to those urgent questions.

As a final comment, I think that the meal plans are not integrated into the program as well as it could be. Obviously it was designed with simplicity in mind, but  unless you use the MGT Progress Tracker 6000 software you will have a tough time to keep track of where you are.

Despite some the information overload, Sean Nalewanyj Muscle Gain Truth is an excellent program. I would recommend it for the beginner and intermediate level guy who wants to gain some serious muscle. With Sean starting off as that skinny little boy, a lot of the program is focused on guys who have that small and skinny built and the meal plans and exercises tends to focus on those of us who start off with that small built and what we need to do to get to that ripped and big body.

Sean really goes out of his way to help you. He has a genuine intention to help you with this program and his firm belief that we can all create the body we want is reflected in his positive attitude. This not only makes him a great trainer, but also a great role model. He’s an inspiration that leads by example and his program is completely free from the usual BS that makes most muscle gaining guides impossible to follow in the real world. He’s been a great help to me on email and his motivation has been a real help all through the program.
