There’s a lot of shit bodybuilding information on the internet. Steroid popping monkeys trying to make a buck with their crappy ebooks. I would know because I actually bought some of them. Wasting money. Then again, I did learn something from every book I read – even if it is what NOT to do. I’m a real nut for this stuff and read everything I can get my hands on.
